Tanner, Maddex and I flew into Utah last Monday and man was it COLD. As soon as we got there- we went straight to Stans Diner- I have been craving those fries since my last visit. We stayed with my cousin Crystal (thanks crys for everything)..She has an amazing salon in her home- so she did my hair- it was well needed. Maddex and Ty were bestest buddies... they were both a little sick- so they weren't totally wild, but we have a good feeling in the future they are going to be crazy kids together. Tanners family got into town Tuesday night.. and we all went to Tucanos, a Brazilian Grill w/ lots of great meats. (Kathy and Crew stayed at the hotel b/c Crew wasn't feeling well)- Maddex sure does lOVE his Uncle Landry- and already misses him lots. On Wednesday we took "Elder Landry Peterson" to the MTC... it was so sad- but great at the same time. It kills me to think that Landry will not get to see Maddex grow for 2 years, but we will do our best to keep him up to date. On our way out of town- we had to of course hit up Pebbles (scrapbooking store)- and then Brick Oven. The drive home wasn't as bad as I had anticipated... Thanks to Baby Einstein. :)

Hey Happy Anniversary to you guys! I'm sad I didnt get a chance to see ya when you were up here but I understand! Haha. Isnt Tucanos the best? Matt and I went there a couple of weeks ago and I must say..I think I'm in love! With the food and the man who took me there!
I can't wait to go to Utah and eat all the good food!!! Yum! We're planning to go at the beginning of June...hopefully anyway. You'll have to come up for a visit when we do....Cute pics of the kids together! Isn't it so fun to get pampered by Crystal! She's the best! Love You! - Stac
