all i wanted to do today was take maddex to storytime and when i saw him sitting there with all the other kids.. i started to panic. 'oh my gosh- my little baby is growing up.' i could literally see him grow up right before my eyes. look at this picture, do you see what i saw? i saw maddex learning to ride a bike, i saw him at the end of the driveway waiting on the school bus, i saw him trying to make friends on the playground. i saw the day he gets his drivers license, and him playing basketball. i saw his first date and him at high school graduation. i saw him filling out his mission papers, and his first day of college.. and then just as it was getting good- in the middle of my day dream- maddex turned around to make sure i was still right behind him. i shed a tear right there in PB.. as i was taking pictures. the other mothers were probably thinking to themselves... 'yeah, must be her first time at storytime...'

Oh thats tender! I almost started crying reading your blog! Geese... He is so cute just sitting there and paying attention. What a fun idea for kids!
Oh that is so cute. I know...time flies and then you have to share them with the world. But it's really fun to see them grow up. The first one you can't wait to see do the next step, but by the second, third and 4th, son (or daughter) you'll want it to go reeeally slow. Can't wait for the beach. See you there! Love ya
Aww Andrea, this is so sweet. It almost made me cry. He does look like such a big boy now! And I'm lovin' that outfit (isn't is the one I got him for his b-day?) I gotta tell Val about story time...she'll love it. Have fun at the beach! I'm going to miss you guys. :(
I totally shed a tear with that one too. You're so sweet. And I've got a feeling that Maddex will be turning around forever to make sure you're still behind him.
