our play-date. i had been wanting to take Maddex to the new Town Square outdoor-mall park. we didn't have anything planned for friday so i thought it would be perfect. i got up and packed our lunch.. packed the car and we headed out. daddy was even able to meet us there. when we got there i noticed it was really hot.. even more than usual. so i checked the weather and it was 112 degrees. holy cow- that's hot! i really loved the park though, they had the cutest little kid-sized village and such a fun water park. if only it wasn't so hot. maddex wouldn't even put his feet on the ground... and you couldn't hardly touch anything w/o getting burnt. but after we found some shade and got some lunch- we were all a little happier. :)
