Maddex sure is getting to be such a big boy... he just doesn't seem like a little baby anymore. He is doing so well. Just a little about him- he rolls over, both ways. he perfers to stand up rather than sit down. when placed on his stomach he already tries to crawl. he puts everything in his mouth, everything. he loves to play peek-a-boo (especially w/ Uncle Crew). he can actually get the concept of a rattle, and he can hold an *empty water bottle (don't know why- not bottle fed). he gets so excited when he sees food- he will start hitting my plate or reaching for my food. my favorite of all- he follows me like a hawk when I am eating- when I go to take a bite- he starts to open his own mouth. he smiles all the time, and occasionally will bust out laughing. he is starting to play games- when you look at him, he will smile and look away. he bites, hard. he isn't interested in his bouncy, play mat, mobile, or swing- i like to think he is too advanced- my books tell me he is a go getter. :) he loves his music book- "Sunbeams." he loves to take baths. he hates..i repeat hates the carseat- it is not a fun trip, for anyone. he loves kids. he is 27.5 inches long, and 15.5 pds. he eats every 3 hours- for 10 min. he loves his mommy, and isnt afraid to show it. he has to occupied at all times. he loves it when i brush his gums. he can sleep through anything. he cracks up when he looks at himself in the mirror. goodness- i could seriously go on forever- he has such a fun personality. i just love all the little stages that he is going through right now- even the can't be w/o my mommy stage... i love being a mom- it is the greatest thing on earth.

We have got to hurry and find Tyler a wife so I can have some grand babies. I love coming to your blog and seeing all the cute photos of Maddex......what a doll he is. I think the only thing better than being a mommy would be to be a grandma. I can't wait!!!

Oh Andrea, no baby just yes (sorry to disappoint.) We will start trying in the Spring time sometime. Haha. It's something I am looking very much forward to so yes, once we move back to Vegas in the Fall, we will then be having our baby! Maddex is adorable! I love the picture of him smiling!!!

Wow--he is growing up way too fast. He is adorable, of course, & it sounds like you have got the 'mom' role already perfected. I love all the new side-bar pics that you put of your fam--especially the one of all three of you lying down on the grass. Cute-cute1

Gosh, you're having so much fun being a mom. Good for you! And Maddex is growing up so much and is looking cuter than ever. He's totally a heartbreaker.

My sweet daughter Kayla used to scream in her carseat, too. But she sure was adorable in all other ways to make up for it, just like Maddex obviously does for you guys, too.
