10 years ago.....1998....
Oh gosh, this might be a little hard for me… considering I have the worst memory- and I was only 11 at the time. I remember my sister, Shauna, graduated from high school and we took her to college at BYU- We rented a big ol’ van and drove the whole way from PA to UT. It will forever be the funnest vacation of my life. At that time my grandparents were serving a mission at Martins Cove in Wyoming. I was starting into the 6th grade. I had a really cute haircut at that time… believe it or not. I remember I was a 6th grade leader… AND I still WEAR the shirt to prove it! Brad Mellott offered me 10 cents for sex - I was totally offended- My dad went to the principal the next day. My best friends were Brandy Swope & Nina Gantt… I think. I loved going to Friday fun night at school. I think I had a crush on one of my good friends Brock Flowers. Lunch was .75 cents. I stabbed Troy Donahue in the back of the neck with my pencil and got sent to the principals office. Brandy told me she wouldnt be my friend anymore if I didnt let her win in the relay race at Field Day. -

5 things to do on my list today....
1. pack my suitcase
2. wash some clothes
3. make cupcakes for school
4. go to target
5. kiss Tanner

Snacks I enjoy....
*sour patch watermelons
*hersheys chocolate bar
*fruit roll-ups
*my homemade dog food

What would I do if I were suddenly a billionaire...
*The first thing I would do is buy my dream home with an amazing backyard… a couple of them actually… in different parts of the world… Vegas, San Diego, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina (OBX).
*Then I would buy my grandfathers farm… and make it a fun place for the whole family.
*Getting rid of the neon would for sure be on my list- I might replace it with a G-Wagon… or Range Rover, heck- why not even both.
*I wouldn’t mind adopting a couple of kids and spoiling them rotten.
*I would coordinate a HUGE family reunion (my side of the family) and pay for everything… (plane tickets, food, hotels…) so that we could all just get together again.
*Put back enough money so that all my kids could have a great education.
*Buy Tanner lifetime tickets to UNLV Basketball…
*Give, Give, Give.

*Go shopping to Gabes- they wouldn’t know what hit them.
*Buy a HUGE RV… and Travel tons with Tanner. (like my grandparents did)
*I would honestly try not to make my life much to different… I didn’t grow up with a ton of money… and I love it that the smallest things in my life are still the most important to me.

3 of my bad habits....
1. After sweeping the floor I forget to throw my pile of dirt away.

2. I hate putting gas in my car and try to avoid it until the last possible mile.
3. I put clothes in the washer… and then about 3 hours later- realize I forgot to close the lid.

5 places I have lived...
1. Warfordsburg, Pennsylvania
2. Provo, Utah
3. Las Vegas, NV
4. As far as 4 & 5- Wherever the wind blows us…
5. !

5 jobs that I have had....
1. Cashier
2. Medical Records keeper
3. Food Server
4. Receptionist
5. Teachers Aid

5 things people don't know about me...
1. I can’t sleep without a fan… Not only do we have our ceiling fan on at night, but also a small fan on my nightstand.
2. I am scared to death of mice…
3. I love consignment shops- It is my dream to open one someday.
4. I know this sounds kinda weird, but I am a really good bowler. It’s kind of just something that I am blessed with.. ha-ha.
5. I have an allergy to the cold whether… I break out in hives all over my legs if my body gets cold.

Hi Andrea! This is Kayla, Bro. & Sis. Carey's daughter. I knew Tanner when he served in my ward. He talked me into teaching him how to play KC and JoJo songs on the piano...to impress girls. LOL. I hope it worked on you! :-D Or, I hope I didn't just get him in trouble. hehe. Anyway, I love your blog and I think we have a lot in common. In seventh grade, I too stabbed someone with a pencil in the back of the neck. Yeah, I was bored in math class. What do you expect? :-D I just had to sit in the hall. I wasn't crying over missing out on an hour's worth of fractions. :-D
My mom is standing over my shoulder gasping, (oh the crazy things that come out about our childhood, after we get married).

So I'm having fun reading thru your blog. I will post more comments about your other pictures/stories. I hope you have fun reading them!
